camouflage patern. Theses paterns consisted of iregular Blotch patterns of 5-0
Ocean Gray, 5-S Sea Blue and 5-HHaze Gray.The individul Captains determined
the designs. Decks were painted a pattern of 20-B Deck Blue and 5-0 Ocean Gray
I have painted with Lacquer and Acrylics sealed with Clear Flat Lacquer.The
early New Orlean class were armed with 9x200mm 8" guns and a further 8 5"25ca
and 3/47mm guns plus 8 x .50 cal machine guns. Commissioned on 8/17/34 she
