Shipping
We ship twice a day Monday thru Friday.
Once in the morning we have a regular pick up and and once in the evening we have a drop off at the post office.
4 pm Monday thru Friday is our normal cutoff time.
If payment is received after 4 pm your Item will go out the next day,sometimes same day,
except for Saturday and Sunday.If you payment is received after 4pm Friday Your item will ship on Monday.

If payment is received at night your item may not go out in the next morning but it will go out the next day.We now do almost all shipping as same day processing,

Compatibility Issues
Due to the huge variety of Computers,Video cards,Drivers,Age of Software,and several other factors. Not all software will run on all systems,
Used software from Lokinb's Ebay offerings is NOTguaranteed to run on your system. A google check is usually the best way to find out if the software will run on your computer.
We do guaranty the contents of the Disks to be readable.
Any Software disk that has scratches and scuffs on it that make it questionable as to if it is readable, will be tested with a CD reading program that checks the entire contents of the disk for readability.
Any Disk that fails the test will not be sold By Lokinb's Ebay Offerings.
Disks that pass the test will of course be listed for sale
the output from the CD reading program will be included in the package with the software so you can see for yourself it was tested and did pass.

Canceling Bids/transactions
We will be Happy to cancel your Transaction, However there is a
10.00 processing fee. This is due to the amount of time and effort needed to cancel a transaction. The item needs to be put back into stock, it has to be re-listed on , it has to be canceled through , a refund has to be issued, and more.All of this requires time and effort, on our part, so we need to be compensated for our time and effort.

Return Policy
Buyer must contact seller within three days of receipt of package to claim not as described or shipping damage photo proof of shipping damage is required prior to return authorization given original packaging required for returns no refund will be given until item is returned and verified to be the same item that was shipped out.
