All items are described as thoroughly as possible.  If you have any questions regarding an item, please contact me prior to placing a bid or purchasing said item.  You should only bid on an item if you are sure you want to purchase it and you have read all my policies.  If you bid on an item and win the auction, you are obligated to purchase that item.  Payments are due and must be paid within 2 days.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
My preferred carrier is the USPS. I also use FedEx if I see that it will save you on shipping fees. I also give you, the Buyer the option for expedited shipping.  Package handling time is usually one business day after receiving a cleared payment.  Tracking information is uploaded and sent to the Buyer the day of shipping. 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I ship to eligible countries in the Global Shipping Program only due to several lost package in the past. If you live in a country that's not eligible in the Global Shipping Program and would like to purchase an item, please contact me through eBay messages and maybe we can work something out.
RETURN POLICY
Please contact me within 30 days of receiving your item to request a refund.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping and the item must be received in the same condition as sold. If you receive a damaged item in the mail, please contact me immediately.
UNCLAIMED RETURNS
If an item is unclaimed and returned to me by the carrier, you will be notified by email.   You will have three business days to respond and pay an additional charge to resend the item.  If the additional postage charge is not paid after three business days, the purchase price minus the original shipping and handling fees will be refunded.
LEAVING FEEDBACK
Feedback is an important part of a members profile and helps in evaluating a member's reputation and experience.  Comments given become a permanent part of a member's record.  If you have a problem with an item you purchased or receive a damaged item in the mail, please contact me immediately. I will do my best to resolve the issue and if needed, will file a claim with the USPS for damages. Please do not leave a neutral or negative feedback before giving me a chance to satisfy your issue.
