Orders ship Monday through Friday. Orders processed by shipping deadline will ship on that day. Orders placed after the shipping deadline will ship the next available date. Holiday orders will be shipped the next available date. Sales & Use Tax
Under Marketplace Facilitator laws Sales & Use Tax will be collected and remitted on your behalf. California Residents Prop 65 (Not Available For Sale Or Use in California) 
Due to warning requirements imposed in California by Proposition 65, we cannot ship select items to California.
If an item states Not Available For Sale Or Use in California it will not be shipped. 
Placing an order will result in a charge of .30 plus 3% for each order cancellation as a result of a state of California restriction. Order Damages
We must be notified within 24 hours upon receipt of any damage or manufacturers defect(s) to the item(s) so we may submit a claim as quickly as possible. 
Failure to notify us will only delay the claim and may cause issues with the return. We will not be able to exchange the item or take it back for a refund if a claim is not filed quickly.. 
DO NOT repair item without our authorization. We WILL NOT accept any item back if it was repaired.
We WILL NOT accept any item back if it comes back to us without its original box, packing, and documentation. Wrong Item Received
If you received a wrong item contact us via email with photos / video of item received to compare to listing.  Non-Refundable & Clearance Items
Sometimes products may be non-refundable or clearance. These items are not returnable or refundable. If you order a non-refundable product, we will contact you and inform you of the refund restrictions. Returns 
We do not accept returns for buyer remorse, Non-Refundable, or clearance items.

Item must be returned to the address we give you. Approved Returns (by Us, eBay, or PayPal)
All returns must include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip with your RA paperwork as proof of purchase.
Buyer will pay for both our original cost and return shipping to our warehouse.
