I will obtain  proof of posting, and cannot be held responsible for items lost, delayed or damaged in the post. I will gladly claim for any losses incurred by you, directly from the post office on your behalf.
However I cannot give refunds or provide replacements for items lost, damaged or delayed in the post under any circumstances unless a claim has been accepted by the Royal Mail and a cheque issued to me.
Oversea buyers please allow up to 28 days for your item to arrive, as the estimated delivery times quoted by the Royal Mail often not right... By placing the order, you are agry with that.
